Reservation and Cancellation policies

Arrival and Departure

Checkout time is 12 noon as your room is reserved in advance
Checkin time is 2 afternoon as your room is occupied after

Notice is necessary for EXTENDED days

Minimum stay

reservation: 3 nights
walk in: 1 night (in case we charge 15US$ cleaning fee)

Terms of payment

50% deposit is required to reserve rooms
Balance to be paid in cash or travelers check upon arrival

cancellation

Three (3) night before the date of arrival notice in advance to secure the return of any deposit. We reserve the right to charge a small fee.
